ABOUT ME

My name is Maggie, I am a senior here at AAI where I have been since the second semester of 10th grade.

I really like making things. I love to draw and make art any way I can. My favorite class here at AAI is ceramics open lab; I really like the freedom it gives me just to make anything.

I enjoy listening to music while I do literally anything. I enjoy many different types of music, but my favorite artists consist of Fiona Apple, Sinead O’Connor, Lorde, and Florence + The Machine.

I really like to learn new things and learn more about things I already know. I like history of any type (though specificaly art history), as well as human geography and astronomy.

I read plenty, but most, if not all consist of superhero comics. As of recent I've been reading lots of X-men. Though a novel series that I enjoyed so much that I read a couple of the books twice, is Hunger Games.

Every new movie I see, I usually believe it is the best one I have ever seen. That being said, I do dearly enjoy watching Alien (1979), Little Shop of Horrors (1986), and Bottoms (2023). My personal qualities and skills include being able to feel other's feelings as if they were my own, media literacy, and roller skating. A fun fact about myself is that I have two cats.
